Our Custom Design Process
Product Specifications & Information
The first step is to talk to the customer and get all information, specs, files, etc. This step is very important to ensure we understand all aspects of your project so that we can quickly and effectively provide the desired results needed. We will also provide pricing estimates and cost options at this point to further help guide the project in the appropriate direction.

CAD Designs
Once we have a clear understanding about your project, we will work with any design files you have provided, OR we can offer our own in-house design services to create an innovative solution to fit your needs. In doing so we will also create engineered CAD drawings for your company. See our list of accepted file formats. (Click images to enlarge)
3D Renderings & Rapid Prototypes
Once the CAD drawings are approved, we can also offer high resolution 3D renderings to further communicate what the final product will look like. If desired, a 3D full color model of your product can also be created as well.
Our 3D printing technology can quickly provide a physical model that will help discover any changes or modifications that need to be made. (Click images to enlarge)
Manufacturing
After the CAD drawings and/or Prototypes have been approved, production can begin.
