Our Custom Design Process
Product Specifications & Information
The first step is to talk to the customer and get all information, specs, files, etc. This step is very important to ensure we understand all aspects of your project so that we can quickly and effectively provide the desired results needed. We will also provide pricing estimates and cost options at this point to further help guide the project in the appropriate direction.

CAD Designs
Once we have a clear understanding about your project, we will work with any design files you have provided, OR we can offer our own in-house design services to create an innovative solution to fit your needs. In doing so we will also create engineered CAD drawings for your company. See our list of accepted file formats.

3D Renderings
Once the CAD drawings are approved, we can also offer high resolution 3D renderings to further communicate what the final product will look like.
Manufacturing
We specialize in Custom Plastic Fabrication services which include Cutting, CNC Routing, Drilling, Boring, Line Bending and/or Forming, Glueing, Welding, Polishing, and Assembly.
We also have partners in Vacuum Forming, Injection Molding, Printing and other mediums such as wood and metal to help us bring your concepts to reality.
